Fernand Gaucin is pursuing a Finance degree through the W. P. Carey School of Business, and Barett, the Honors College. This is his third year on Executive board for HBSA. This summer Fernand participated in a virtual enrichment program designed to engage students in the area of finance through the Sponsors for Educational Opportunity. Fernand is a strong advocate of success in the Hispanic Community and actively participates in giving back to his community through the Be A Leader Foundation. He is also a board member for the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting. One of his passions is to communicate the impact of HBSA and its goals for students throughout the campuses of the university. Aside from school, he is an employee of the prominent healthcare system of the valley, Banner Health.
