Christian Solorio is pursuing a Bachelor’s in Architectural Studies in the School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture. Christian graduate of Metro Tech High School, where he was an active member of Academic Decathlon, Future Business Leaders of America, Interact Club, and Aguila Youth Leadership Institute. Christian has been a proud recipient of the Arizona State University Presidential Scholarship, Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Scholarship, Friendly House Scholarship, Doran Community Scholarship, Carl N. and Margaret Karcher Founder’s Scholarship, Helen J. Simpson Scholarship, BHHS Legacy Scholarship, and the Academic Decathlon Top-Score Scholarship. Christian also serves as Treasurer for Adelante. Christian enjoys mentoring inter-city youth at the monthly meetings for the Be a Leader Foundation. Christian also founded the branch of BALF at Metro Tech High School and mentors there bi-weekly. Christian plans to go to obtain a Master’s of Architecture after completing his undergraduate studies.
